Our licensed technicians performed a Jenn-Air cooktop repair in Tampa, Florida. The customer called us with a problem: one of the burners on the cooktop did not work.
At first it was important to run the diagnostics. After opening the cooktop our technicians saw that the problem was in the chain breakage. So they replaced the WP71002433 broker and the cooktop started to work perfectly fine again.
