Our licensed technicians performed a Maytag washer repair in Tampa, Florida. The customer called in a problem with the washer: it did not agitate even if it still started the spin cycle.
The technician ran a diagnostic and found a burnt wire. The voltage was coming to the timer but not to the motor. The reconnection of the wires solved the problem. After that the washer started to work perfectly fine.
